- Most start with a 2–4 week Assessment. It is a fixed fee, and you walk away with a clear read on where you are, a 12-month plan, and an honest recommendation on your next step — even if it is not with us.
- How much does the Fractional Chief Intelligence Officer cost?
- It is a monthly retainer between $5,000 and $15,000, depending on scope. It covers monthly strategy time, quarterly reviews driven by your own data, ongoing roadmap work, and a second set of eyes on major systems decisions.
